The Site is published in order to provide information about the Claims Management System (CMS), File Review (FR), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other enterprise software solutions developed by OtoAnaliz for the insurance sector. The contents provided through the Site are not commercially binding; the binding terms relating to products and services are determined by separate agreements to be concluded.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual and industrial property rights to the logos, trademarks, visuals, texts, designs, code and other content on the Site belong to OtoAnaliz Yazılım A.Ş. Without the written consent of OtoAnaliz, this content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used for commercial purposes, in whole or in part.

User Obligations

• The User agrees to use the Site in compliance with applicable legislation and the principles of good faith.
• Any conduct that may damage the infrastructure of the Site, as well as the use of automated data-scraping tools, must be avoided.
• The User is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information they provide.

Limitation of Liability

OtoAnaliz makes no commitment that the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free. The Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the Site, nor for force majeure events or technical malfunctions.

The interpretation and application of these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise.
