Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred only to the extent strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes set out above, to the infrastructure, hosting and communication providers from which we receive services, or to authorised public institutions and organisations as required by legal obligations, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Methods of Collection and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected through contact forms on the Site, email correspondence, telephone calls and meeting processes, on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely explicit consent, the establishment and performance of a contract, legitimate interest and legal obligation.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

  • To request information about the processed data
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
  • To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
  • To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
  • To request the erasure or destruction of personal data
  • To request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing

How to Apply

To exercise the rights listed above, you may submit your request in writing through our contact page. Your request will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK.
